Blood Bank

BBR has its own blood bank offering services to all, in-house and outside patients with high quality blood and blood products/components thoroughly screened through its sophisticated and ultra-modern equipment at an affordable price.

Through our blood bank, we can meet the needs of people in different health crises at various stages of their lives. For example, donated blood can save the life of a premature baby, restore the strength of a critically ill patient and provide the required transfusion to a patient who has suffered significant blood loss in an accident.

Diagnostics

An independent unit with Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Histopathology and Serological investigations backed by highly efficient, qualified staff and Pathologists. Fast and accurate results are generated to be conveyed immediately to Critical Care Units.

These imaging tests are used to establish if a person has a cardiovascular disease, or to identify any type of disease, how severe it is and the treatment methods that will prove effective.

MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) & ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

The Medical Intensive Care Unit is where most of the patients who are ill are on life support which could include medication to maintain BP, hemodialysis to support the kidneys or the ventilator to support the patient to breathe.

Other conditions treated in the MICU are:

Lung problems
Infections like sepsis
Heart or vascular problems (shock or deep vein thrombosis)
Kidney problems

This is a well-organized 10-bedded, air-conditioned unit equipped with latest monitors, ventilators and supported by medical registrars, experienced duty doctors and skilled nursing staff to handle all the critically ill patients.

SICU (Surgical Intensive Care Unit)

The SICU is led by a multidisciplinary team that consists of critical care specialists who are experienced in managing critically ill patients in a high-risk, fast-paced environment. For example, our team of intensivists, or the doctors who treat patients in intensive care, includes surgeons, nurses, nutritionists, and others, to ensure patients receive care that is holistic. This department specialises and looks into various critical care scenarios.

SICU is an ultra-modern, 9-bedded, air-conditioned unit attached to high-tech Ortho & Neuro Operation Theatres – a real innovation for management of poly-trauma cases backed by senior surgeons. To prevent cross infections, only one bed is allotted per cubicle.

Deluxe Rooms

23 fully furnished rooms with A/C and TV facilities along with pleasing medical services with homely environment and comfort.

Operation Theaters

Fully Equipped 5 theatres with C-Arm, operating microscope (Zeis) and laminar air flow theatres with modern equipment’s for Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgery, Plastic & maxillofacial, cosmetic & optholmic surgeries, etc

Aarogyasri Ward

This is a well-ventilated, simple, economical Non- A/C unit with 26 beds with separate male and female sections for Aarogyasri non-emergency cases.

General Wards/Rooms

There are separate male and female general wards sharing and single rooms in all floors(with central oxygen supply) allotted according to the patients requirement.

Radiology Department

This is fully equipped with latest 1.5 Tesla high configuration MRI Scan, 16 Slices Latest CT Scan, Digital X-Ray, Static and Portable latest Ultrasound scan machines, Mammography and Doppler scans under top most radiologists with 24 hours services.

Dialysis Unit

This is a separate air conditioned unit with state of the art high-tech dialysis machines (bed side also) with modern RO Plant supported by Nephrologists and Urologists 24 hours.

Auditorium

A well decorated air conditioned 80 seater auditorium with latest Audio and Video System with beautiful roof garden for conducting CME, Entertainment programs and conferences.

State government reimbursement facilities – EHS, Aarogyasri are available. (An exclusive well ventilated ward with separate male & female sections for Aarogyasri non-emergency cases)
